Quick help
Hours look incorrect
Review the shift start time, end time, and break. PTrack calculates net time and rounds it to the nearest quarter hour.
Supervisor verification
Open Verification, select a pending shift, and hand the phone to the supervisor to review the entry, accept the attestation, and sign.
Exporting a record
Open Export, choose whether pending hours should be included, generate the PDF, and use the iOS share sheet to save or send it.
Moving to a new phone
PTrack does not currently provide account-based cloud sync. Export a PDF backup before replacing, resetting, or deleting the app from a device.
Data recovery
PTrack stores records locally and cannot recover records after they have been cleared or removed with the app. Export PDF backups regularly and keep them somewhere you trust.
Verification note
PTrack creates an application-ready record, but it does not replace official verification required by a school, employer, licensing body, or centralized application service. Confirm the requirements of each program before submitting your hours.
